This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between the following parties under the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer (Customer):
The information provided by the Buyer during registration, including name, surname, address, and contact details, shall be taken as the basis.
This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for the sale and provision of digital services, subscriptions, and/or software access (“Service”) purchased by the Buyer through the BlogFunnels platform. The Service includes software tools, online content, and digital subscription-based services offered over the internet.
The type, duration, price, payment method, and renewal terms of the Service are determined according to the plan selected and displayed on the payment page at the time of purchase. BlogFunnels reserves the right to change the prices and plans at any time.
Payments are made via credit card, debit card, or other methods made available by BlogFunnels. For monthly subscriptions, the service fee is automatically charged at the beginning of each billing period. If payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.
The services provided by BlogFunnels are digital in nature, and no physical delivery occurs. The Service becomes available to the Buyer through their user account immediately after successful payment.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, provided that the digital service has not yet begun. Once the Service has been accessed or activated, the right of withdrawal is no longer applicable.
If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal before the Service begins, BlogFunnels will refund the payment within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification.
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time through their account. The cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. Unless canceled, the subscription automatically renews under the same terms and conditions.
The Buyer agrees to use the BlogFunnels services only for lawful purposes. In cases of misuse, illegal activities, or violations of third-party rights, BlogFunnels reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Service without refund.
BlogFunnels processes customer data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and applicable privacy regulations. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, internet infrastructure failures, or similar events, are considered force majeure. In such cases, neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance.
In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
By placing an order on blogfunnels.com, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
